TORONTO (AP) - New Orleans Hornets center Tyson Chandler missed Sunday's game against the Toronto Raptors because of a stiff neck.
Hilton Armstrong made his second consecutive start in place of Chandler, who also sat out Friday's loss at Boston.Chandler, the second overall pick in the 2001 draft, is averaging 8.5 points and 8 rebounds in 15 games this season. He is the team's leading rebounder and shot-blocker.
