 --Coach Byron Scott said the week-long trip to Europe for a pair of exhibition games won't affect his team's routine other than scaling back a little for a day or two after returning in order to combat jet lag. --The Hornets are hoping center Tyson Chandler becomes more of an offensive threat this season. "I worked on my touch around the basket," Chandler said. "I worked on my jump shot and a hook shot, putting myself in scoring position. Last year, I think I kind of shied away from the action. This year, I want to be more involved."
