More than 300 bowlers and guests participated in Peja Stojakovic Children's Foundation annual Charitabowl at All Star Lanes in Kenner. The event raised $60,000 for the Courts for Kids project, which installs new Basketball courts, refurbishes existing ones and distributes Basketball equipment to economically disadvantaged areas. Among the celebrity guests participating in the event were all of the New Orleans Hornets players including Chris Paul, David West as well as Coach Byron Scott. Former and current Saints players Deuce McAllister, Pierre Thomas, Mel Mitchell, Michael Lewis and Reggie Bush, along with girlfriend Kim Kardashian.
